The Biskeg na Pangasinan lead by USEC Antonio "Bebot" Villar held their monthly meeting at the Heritage Hotel in Pasay. Special Guest was First Gentleman Mike Arroyo.
In attendance were the Board of Directors and all Municipal Chairmen.
Present were 35 Mayors of Pangasinan, 2 Vice Mayors, Vice Governor, 3 Board Members.

Also in attendance were Commissioner Al Fernandez, Buboy Hernandez, Greggy Araneta and Mr.Nano Nocum.
