A recent trade fair of food products was recently held at the ballroom of the City De Luxe restaurant in Tapuac. Different Caterers and Restaurants joined in the presentation of their buffet settings.
Free trainings on Ice Carving, Table Setting, Food Presentation were done in different function rooms of said venue.
The purpose is to raise the level of sevice and packaging of artistic food presentation that must be made in weddingas and other occassions.
